Accountability Coaching & Support

Members will have questions and Private Clients (PCs) will need accountability and guidance. There are weekly "Check-in" Calls that last 3-5 minutes, and periodic emails, texts and exchanges with clients.

Instruct Group Exercise Classes

Classes are typically 40 minutes with some Q&A after class. We encourage interacting with members and developing meaningful friendships, however, you can expect to be done within 50-60 minutes total.

Private Client Coach (PCC)

Once you're ready, you'll have the opportunity to take on your own private clients. You will coach and guide them through the program from start to finish. You'll be given client management tools and instruction to make sure you are successful.

You can teach virtually and become a celebrity from the comfort of your home (or while on vacation)! We'll train you how to broadcast live sessions and record for OnDemand sessions. You can create a following and make more income.
